Self Defence Workshops - Subject - My Safety

Hi all,

Well, all time i just write about the success and training for Karate & Judo Tournaments and Training only. Whole year schedule of tournaments where students are participating. Those who play any sports they are basically fit and strong and specially those who learn martial art on regular base, they are much stonger even though they play for tournament level. But its also important to learn some martial art skill for such kind of critical situation in life and those who are not learning or practicing any sport, they must study it with practice to defend themselves. Now a Days the Subject -  My Safety is very important.

For this purpose, i have conducted some self defence program and training at some places. From many places i had an offer to teach but the season of tournament engaged us to bring good results in tournament. But this kind of self defence program and traing is very important for those who live their lives in routine work and suddenly some thing happend and how they deal with that situation. i thought about that and to help for these people and specially women, i gave training under Police Self Defence program at various schools in ahmedabad also conducted training at Karnavati Club, City Commerce and Arts College and recently at Redbricks School for small children. That was really amazing expierence to teach self defence to small children. i would say that was the chance to be kid with kids and teach them. I thoght what i teach to small children in compare of elder who are already mature with some hard techniques. But that was superb and memorable to teach some techniques for small kids and the way they showed their skill with classic power and energy , i would say they are much capable to save themselves. No fear only mentally possitive treatment works for them. Well, more self defence program offers ahead but now after finish the international tournament of karate at jaipur, rajasthan and school games karate tournament following judo tournament also.

Here photos of self defence program at various places... enjoy it..
