its locking period but there is no lock for our fitness

Hello all...

         We all know that time is going tough all over the world because of Corona Virus and we all must be safe and alert to protect ourselves. Lots of precautions are required but most important thing is to increase our immunity system to fit and helathy in any situation. So, all must continue for fitness workouts and those who dont do, pleas start to do exercise atleast warm up, streching and some yoga to increase your immunity level and be fit. 

        All players of any sports, i just say that plese dont compromise with your practise in any condition because for players, its always harmful to be lazy and full of excuses for not doing practise. There is no excuse that you are alone , you are not alone, your game, your kit and your equipments are with you to chrge yourself. so, guys keep it up...

Shining team with 1st place in All India Shito Ryu Karate Championship - 2017

Hi All,

     What a finish of 33rd All India SHITO RYU KARATE CHAMPIONSHIP. Excellent tournament with lots of excitement and challenges. 

     During 29th May to 31st May - 2017, 33rd All India SHITO RYU Karate Championship was held at Shagun Palace, Mussoorie, Uttrakhand organized by SHITO RYU KARATE SCHOOL  OF INDIA, Sensei Lal Darda. Like every time, sensei lal darda conducted an excellent event with all good facilities of accommodation, food and others all. Around 450 participants from various states of india were participated in this championship with full of energy and skill. 

     This is the first time, Sensei Lal Darda decided to give trophy with cash prize to the team of coach who will win maximum number of medals in KATA, KUMITE & TEAM KATA Events. So, all teams from various states and coaches gave 100% to do the best. Practice of players shown in tournament from the first day where small kids category also performed excellent to achieve the maximum points. Tournament was really challenging and technically up by the big group of good players. 

     My team started to do practice in extra practice camp from the first week of May - 2017 and tried to achieve the maximum points by performing excellent with good number of medals. Daily 4 to 5 hours practice in summer of may, made them strong with good stamina. I was also very much keen to bring out good results from them and we really successed in it. 

    In this championship, My team, under my & sensei deval bhatt coaching, won maximum number of medals with 43 gold medals, 40 silver medals and 36 bronze medals in kata, kumite with different age and weight category and also with team kata event. that was really immotional moment for me and my team who secured 1st winner trophy in this championship with cash prize of Rs. 1,00,000/- . This championship keep us motivate more to do the best in next coming tournaments and prove that we are the best and to do the best ever. Once again thanks to respected sensei lal darda who gave us this exposure and specially tournament director sensei rajneesh chaudhary who is WKF Judge, under whom tournament was over successfully.

WKF New Rules Seminar & Judge Exam by Karate Association Of India - KAI

Hello all,

     Well, long time to go for new post. Many events conducted and very important events conducted but not updated for the last 3 months. Today, going to publish new post regarding latest event of WKF New rules seminar and judge exam conducted in Hotel Flora, Ahmedabad by the group of SHITO RYU KARATE SCHOOL OF INDIA under the supervision of Sensei Lal Darda and conducted by Karate Association of India - KAI. 

     Big honor that Shihan Bharat Sharma, Secretary of KAI was presence for 2 days seminar on 12th & 13th April - 2017. He is such a dynamic personality to lift Karate of such top level in india. Seminar taken by WKF & AKF - A level Judge Shihan Premjit Sen, who is really learned person in the field of karate. Lots of new rules got to know during this seminar by him also with practical. Around 60 participants were participated from SHITO RYU KARATE SCHOOL OF INDIA, Gujarat group which was such a big event created. Last day Judge B Level exam was conducted and gujarat SKSI Group have successfully passed in the test. 

     Thanks to our Shihan Lal Darda, who is the light of SKSI Group and always lead us to the best quality in karate. Sensei Jujar sinh Vaghela, Sensei Purvang Nayak, Sensei Giri Donga and with them myself associated to make this event so successful with great knowledge of WKF New rules.

Season of School Games... Victory in Karate & Judo in District Level

Hi all,
     Season of School Games - 2016 & 17... Ahmedabad District Karate & Judo tournament just over. Last month its time for hard practice to win in district school games and get first place for state level. This time, big team of mine were participated in school games karate tournament for ahmedabad - rular. Many participants from various schoosl were participated in this competition but palyers of my team created atmosphere like inter dojo tournament by playing with high spirti and in cheerful atmosphere and players took 1st. 2nd & 3rd place in various weight category. Immediately, after one week, District Judo tournament came and players of my team participated in it and again had good victroy in judo competition. Now its time for state championship which is going to start from next week and new season for state championship. Congratulations to my team members who won in district karate & judo tournament and proud of you specially who select for state championship.
